Corporate bodies in the co-operative: special reference to the assembly and the administrative body
Abstract
The article analyzes the changes introduced by Law 11/2019, modified by Law 5/2021, on cooperatives in the Basque Country, in the corporate bodies of the cooperative. After analyzing the legislative changes, it describes resultant mandatory changes to be made in the bylaws. It concludes with issues that have not been resolved by the new law and remain pending in the opinion of the author.
