Agricultural cooperatives in Mexico: their legal form and representation based on Ward conglomerates
Abstract
Cooperatives are a form of organization that has proven to be more humane, more concerned with the environment and the well-being of its members and workers than the capitalist company, however, some countries despite their serious problems of pollution and precariousness labor do not promote it, therefore the general objective is to carry out an analysis of the agricultural cooperative in Mexico, its legal form and the general problems it faces. To measure the representation of agricultural cooperatives, the Directory of Economic Units was used (DENUE) as of January 15, 2024 based on cluster analysis. The results are: An evident lack of specific information on cooperatives in Mexico.
