Problems in Mexican cooperatives that attempt against the principle of autonomy and independence

Abstract

The cooperatives are based on values that govern the activity of said organization among them are without a doubt the autonomous character and its independence for being the distinctive foundation in terms of management. However, there are some practices in Mexican cooperative companies that can disrupt these values, such as the interference of external capital, declining in their favor some fundamental norms that contradict their principles, the participation of outsiders within the administration, and the complexity of rules between others.
