Popular economy workers and their guarantee of labour rights
Abstract
This article addresses the arising and legal recognition of a new form of work in Argentina linked to the popular economy. The methodology used was normative-analytical, where we seek to highlight the difficulties that still appear regarding the guarantee of labor rights of its workers through a legal analysis of the national and international legislation on the subject.
