Crisis and intercooperation: second or further degree cooperatives as a business collaboration tool

  • Enrique Gadea Soler University of Deusto
Keywords: second degree cooperatives, business partnership

Abstract

The current regulation of Second Degree Cooperatives in our most recent laws is characterised by the breadth of its functional scope. This is why business partnerships can be as intense as the entities that comprise them allow them to be, as long as they do not destroy or disregard the features of each of their group members. The articles of association will determine the extent of the links between the participating entities in each case.
