Abstract

The meaning of cooperative based on the intelligent love mentioned in the Caritas in Veritate Encyclical letter is to divide an imaginary time gap for cooperation. This value is located in this imaginary space and is coordinated by Law. The different possible interpretations of Act 12.690/2012 are conceived based on Paul Ricoeur’s ideas of narrative identity and Jacques Derrida’s deconstruction ideas.
