Abstract

This article presents the Cooperative as a proper element to the socio economic. To this end, goes through the origins of Cooperatives, performing the lap time of emergence of cooperative formed first formally. Then he goes through the development of Brazil, to present the claim for conversion of the cooperative. Finally, after introducing the cooperative as a way of entrepreneurship, is situated the Cooperative in the context of globalization, introducing the role of the administration of the Cooperative.
