Abstract

The role of cooperatives and their commitment to the community (7th Principle) is more clearly observed in those areas where the private company does not participate and the authorities do not attend as it is in rural areas, where there are a large number of rural cooperatives in almost throughout our country that provide opportunities for productive employment, health care, education, drinking water, recovery of natural resources, improvement of roads, soil quality, etc., so there should be greater attention to them within the Plans and Development Programs.
