Regulation in the Basque Country Cooperative Law and in the State Law on the access of employed workers to working partners, as well as the participation in the results of the former and the remuneration in both situations
Abstract
In this work, a legal analysis has been carried out in accordance with Law 11/2019, of December 20, on Cooperatives of the Basque Country and Law 27/1999, of July 16, on Cooperatives, regarding the access of employed workers to the status of working member and their participation in the results of the Cooperative before joining as a working member, as well as the remuneration for the provision of work by working members and self-employed people outside in the associated work cooperatives (hereinafter CTA), using jurisprudential and doctrinal pronouncements related to the subject of study. And finally, a series of legal conclusions are drawn on each of the matters analyzed in this article.
