The principle of cooperation between cooperatives. Legal and economic consequences derived from its practical application in Costa Rica
Abstract
Cooperative integration has many manifestations and forms, in this contribution the study of the life of three types of second-degree cooperative organizations known as federations, unions and auxiliary organizations of cooperativism or cooperative consortia has been chosen. The reader will find references to sources related to the constitution, evolution and problems of normative interpretation that are resolved by the National Institute for Cooperative Development. The informative sources are taken from the records of the statutes and their reforms, the Assemblies, legal opinions and some data from the pages that appear on the web.
